Abstract


Community Service Activities (PKM) aims to provide counseling related to HR planning materials and provide training on how to properly manage HR. Participants in the activity were students of the Entrepreneurship School of Dhuafa Karawaci, Karawaci, Tangerang.
This activity is carried out with two approaches, the first is direct practical training related to developing soft skills and teamwork, and the second is counseling which contains discussion material and feedback about the implementation of the training by the participants. The activity was held at Campus A of Trisakti University. The expectation for the implementation of this activity is that participants can practice teamwork, communication, leadership and marketing methods directly. The results of this activity were found that the participants had needs in team management, teamwork in achieving common goals. This is related to business planning, in the management of human resources needed for the division of tasks so that the ultimate goal in business is achieved. The results of the discussion found that the participants felt the benefits of training for developing soft skills especially in team motivation and hard skills in human resource management.
