Abstract (Cambria 12)

The abstract content is written with Cambria10 font (1 space). Abstract consists of subject matter, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. Abstracts are written in the form of a single paragraph, without reference (reference), without acronyms, and without the footnote. The introduction includes background to interest, issues, and research novelty. The purpose of the activity and problem-solving plan are presented in this section. The subtitle formulation of the problem, the purpose, usefulness of the research, and the benefits of the research do not need to be written but are directly written in the form of paragraphs. An introduction is written with Cambria 11 font (1.15 spaces).

LITERATURE REVIEW (Cambria 12)

The literature review includes scientific theories and concepts that are the source of reference for research/study writing. Reference sources should be sourced from primary reference material (articles) and minimize secondary sources (books). The source must be relevant to the topic being studied or researched and has a state of the art as well as the reference of the latest edition. Every reference source cited should be listed in the bibliography. For the writing of the source if the author is more than two, then for the first time all the names must be written, and subsequently written et al., Sub-book review titles include keywords (key variables), conceptual framework, and development of hypotheses. Written with Cambria 11 font (1.15 spaces). Add the conceptual framework (if any).

Development of Hypotheses

RESEARCH METHOD (Cambria 12)

Research method includes data sources, collection techniques, processing, and data analysis. Method reflects how to analyze research/study data. From the analysis of this data, results and discussion of study/research are obtained. Add the mathematical equations (for financial article). There is no need for subheadings such as research design, sample and data collection techniques, validity and reliability tests, but directly in paragraph form. The content of the method is written with Cambria 11 font (1.15 spaces).

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION (Cambria 12)

Results and discussion are written with Cambria 11 font (1.15 spaces). Results should be separated by discussion. Results are not raw data, but data that have been processed/analyzed by a particular method. The discussion is the result of the interpretation of data analysis, if necessary to be associated with relevant scientific theories/concepts in the literature review. Results and discussion should address the problem formulation and impact on new knowledge. There is no need for any descriptive statistical subtitle, hypothesis testing, and goodness of fit, but directly in paragraph form.

CONCLUSION (Cambria 12)

The conclusion is written with the Cambria 11 font (1.15 spaces). The conclusion should be the answer to the research question and expressed not in statistical sentences. It must be written along one paragraph in essay form, not numerically.

LIMITATIONS AND SUGGESTIONS (Cambria 12)

Limitations and suggestions for further research are written in two different paragraphs with the Cambria 11 font (1.15 spaces).

REFERENCES (Cambria12)

The material used as a reference should be within the last 10 years. The list of expected referrals is 80% of primary sources derived from national and international research articles. The higher the primary libraries, the more qualified the article is. Self-referenced authors' frequency (self-citation) can reduce judgment. One reference to article writing should be taken from an article in the previous issues. Writing a bibliography should use the APA (American Psychological Association) Style. The literature that is written is really the one referred to in the article and arranged alphabetically. Scriptwriting and citation referred to in this manuscript are suggested using reference applications such as Mendeley, Zotero, Reffwork, Endnote, and others. Write only the quoted libraries.

The above scripting styles are applied in the Journal of Management and Spread Management Journals template.
